ok... so here is the deal... the way I heard it... lid was not one of them...
arguments for inclusion and exclusion are...
eyelid is one word
just checked out the dictionary and one of the definitions for "lid" is eyelid.

the question came from one of the jeopardy clues crew...
a friend of mine meet "jimmy" ( I think?) at a bar... and he asked him this question.
the answers were supplied by jimmy.

no it isn't one word...
but I think the thinking when I said it was...
you don't describe your knee cap as your cap.
if you just say...
"my cap hurts" ... no one will know what you mean.
but any other of the words they would.
but, hey... again I heard this second hand from a guy at a bar...
maybe the initial wording need s to be reworked.
